I have launched Neemar Search to deliver executive, board and interim leadership appointments across the UK within the housing sector. The sector is going through some challenging times and with that, the sector is evolving at pace, and I feel that the search industry needs to do exactly the same. It is my belief that from crisis comes opportunity and through endurance comes a path forward. With that, my vision is to change the way the industry views executive search, by disrupting and innovating the traditional means of recruitment through value-add partnerships and being a genuine force for good.

I have over 10 years of experience operating within Housing recruitment, and I have a genuine desire to create a community within the industry that strive to do things differently. As an executive search firm, I feel that we have a unique role to play. We are key advisors to boards and executive teams, and it is vital that we create the best leaders by providing them with the skillsets and knowledge to drive organisations through these challenging times.
